Kovi aims to transform urban mobility by accelerating the transition from individual car ownership to a more efficient service model. We do this by providing a flexible and accessible all-inclusive car rental solution for on-demand drivers in LATAM.
Present in the top two ridesharing countries in LATAM, Kovi built a seamless and frictionless experience and value to our customers and partners.
**Responsabilidades e atribuições**
Work with Program Managers (PMs) to design use cases and define performance KPIs;
Design back-end and operational processes to support new businesses;
Build dashboards and control panels to monitor performance;
Analyze financial, operational and experience performance, identify and prioritize areas of improvement;
Work with (PMs) to design / refine processes impacting performance;
Derive A/B tests and pilots to improve use case performance.
**KPIs Impacted**
Use case conversion rate and attrition (per cohort);
Use case unit economics and CX;
Sales and operations productivity and error rate.
**Requisitos e qualificações** Proven track record in**:
Designing end-to-end process, tracking and control tools;
Approaching problems in a structured, analytical way;
Implementing disciplined, systematic management processes;
Building dashboards and tracking tools;
Structuring a work front and working independently;
Working effectively and collaboratively with diverse teams;
Fluency in English and, ideally, Spanish too.
**Previous Experience**:
5+ years combined experience in: Continuous improvement, Six-Sigma ; Process / operational consulting ; Analytics / MIS
