- Provide support to Project Manager, identifying the organizational training requirements regarding the use of the SAP system on each Business area
- Defining a communication strategy and media, keeping the organization informed about the project progress, helping in the preparation of a periodic journal with interactive matters.
- Coordinate the activities related to Training needs for the users, Preparation of Training materials, Preparation of the Training Grade and Agenda, evaluating training effectiveness with the users
- Support project manager and the organization to build up “One Team Project”, through social events, helping to mediate conflicts among the different team members when occurs
- Development of a trusted channel for the communication between Project Team and the Organization helping to manage rumors and miscommunication issues
- Mapping the organization members about expectations and needs related to the project implementation**Habilidades**:

- Experience on SAP implementation/migration/upgrade projects cycle
- Experience in training materials preparation, training execution, defining communication strategy and media to be used in the organization
- Ability to manage relationship among project team members, excellent communication skills
- The consultant must have Advanced or Fluent English.
- Working as a Change Manager lead or Analyst in medium sized projects, leading the training materials preparation, training execution
- Preferably with any knowledge on psychology
- Knowledge and experience of SAP solutions ideally in Energy companies
- Knowledge of external and internal best practices relevant to change management process area
- Dynamic, flexible, team player, self-motivated and result driven
- Available to travel
