**Job Summary**

We are looking for a Billing and Taxing Intern to work under direct supervision of the company Controller in our Sao Jose dos Campos, Brazil office. The Billing and Taxing Intern creates value by supporting the team with data entry in Oracle ERP system and facilitating billing process. Interns that mirror the values of the organization will have opportunities to advance into roles with increased responsibility.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Input data for the creation of Sales Orders in Oracle ERP system.
- Issuance of Sales, Import, Storage and Consignment Invoices.
- Compete Billing process including Taxes and other required information in the Invoices.
- Organize customers database and create new customers’ account.
- Support our Logistic Coordination updating Sales & Invoices reports.

**Key Qualifications**
- Students from accounting, business administration and economics graduation.
- Ability to effectively communicate across various departments with both excellent written and verbal skills.
- High energy, proactive, and highly organized with an ability to manage and complete multiple tasks on time.
- A commitment to going above and beyond to fulfill client needs.
- Highly detail oriented and self-driven to improve.
- Advanced in English.
- Have basic knowledge of Office Package (Excel and Word).
- Willingness to constantly learn.
- Ability to work with short deadlines and lots of data.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Internship
Contract length: 24 months
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: R$1,500.00 per month
