Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
**Training and Education**: Conduct product training sessions for internal teams, including sales, customer support, and marketing, to ensure a consistent and accurate understanding of product offerings.
**Customer Support**: Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries related to product specifications, usage, and troubleshooting. Provide timely and accurate information to address customer needs.
**Market Analysis**: Stay informed about market trends, competitor products, and industry developments to contribute insights for product development and positioning.
**Sales Support**: Collaborate with the sales team to assist in product demonstrations, presentations, and customer meetings. Provide technical support to address customer queries and concerns.
**Product Positioning**: Work closely with marketing teams to develop product positioning strategies, create marketing collateral, and participate in promotional activities.
**Feedback Collection**: Gather and analyze customer feedback to provide valuable insights for product improvement. Collaborate with the product development team to convey customer needs and preferences.
**Documentation**: Create and maintain accurate product documentation, including manuals, specifications, and FAQs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering).
- + 5 years as Product Specialist or in a related role.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate complex product features.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
