**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and support systems for extracting and reporting data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Create and maintain automated reports and dashboards using Power BI, optimizing for performance and usability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and deliver comprehensive business intelligence solutions.
**Skills, Knowledge, and Experience**:
Strong proficiency in Power BI
Proven ability to quickly stage and shape data from multiple data sources into effective reporting and analytics solutions.
Deep understanding of database fundamentals, including both relational and multidimensional database design.
Experience with additional reporting and data visualization tools is a plus.
Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and deliver insights to stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
**Additional Qualifications**:
Experience in a senior or lead role, guiding junior team members.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Keen attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality outputs.
