**Product Owner - **Revenue Growth Management**

In this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day analytics product development, handling the storytelling writing, backlog definitions, aligning priorities with the business partners and delivery team, defining priorities for the scrum team related to her/his product & performing story grooming. This role will work in partnership with Regional RGM teams from Business and IT to enable K-C’s.

**Who you are**:

- Bachelor's degree, ideally in IT or a business discipline
- ** 1 year of experience as an Analytics BA/Data Analyst/Business Analyst or Functional Consultant in an IT services or Consulting firm with exposure to Sales**:

- Good understanding and some experience with overall Data and Analytics projects
- Experience working in Agile teams
- Experience working in a Consumer Products company preferred (either directly or as a client)
- Ability to operate in a digital workplace utilizing modern technologies to connect, collaborate, communicate, and co-operate across a global organization and organizational boundaries.
- ** Verbal and written fluency in English is mandatory.**:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

- Any prior experience working in the Sales / Revenue Growth function of a company is preferred
- Possess problem-solving skills, and a track record of having solved data, business, and / or technology problems

**What** **you do**:

- Responsible and accountable for the creation, progression & monitoring of RGM LAO backlogs
- Work with the LAO business the prioritizing backlog items, and help define success criteria
- Final check on functional quality of build before handed over to business for review
- Understand business priorities (product and services), business operations, culture, and policies. Translate the strategic direction and business objectives established by customers into holistic digital, technology, change management, and organization strategies for analytics adoption.
- Work with Global and Regional POs to adhere to design and build standards
- Lead stand-up calls and validation with LAO delivery and regional LAO business leads
- Articulate in business terms the needs of the end customer and resolve issues and opportunities, demonstrating examples, templates, demos, or mock-ups
- Functional leader of large projects for one or more business capabilities (RGM). Leads and delivers the analysis, design, configuration, customization, testing, deployment, and support for analytical solutions within a specified business capability area and in some cases across capability areas.
- Work with UX / UI team and deliver to and develop end-customers / personas
- Understand the budget, resourcing, and capacity and develop strategies to maximize output within the constraints
- Raises market design nuances and engages with LAO regional business leads to resolve escalations, issues, and opportunities
- Define testing scripts, planning with Regional Project Managers, testing (SIT), and testing coordination (UAT) together with the testing coordinator
- Support LAO RGM Lead on change management, training, and communication
- Help the RGM LAO Business leads make decisions
