**Identity Security Senior Analyst - Mars Global Services - Guararema, Brazil**

This role plays a key role in supporting and delivering the enterprise strategy for identity management. Identity is a critical Information Security function to the organization and must continue to evolve to support the adoption of enabling technologies like Cloud Hosted Data Centers and Software as a Service, Mergers and Acquisitions. An accurate, stable identity platform is mandatory for Mars, Incorporated to be able to properly manage access to its digital assets.

**What are we looking for?**
- University degree (engineering/IT/computer science) or equivalent work experience.
- Solid work experience with Microsoft and OKTA technology systems and authentication and authorization standards.
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills.

**What will be your key responsibilities?**
- Supporting and developing of the Identity Systems - OKTA, MIM, AzureAD etc.
- Maintain & improve the Information Security posture for Identity and Cyber security
- Service management, addressing requests escalated by tier 2 support.
- Design, integration, Platform management for current and future Security and Identity servives.
- Primary point of contact for security and Identity in the region responsible to all issues.
- Contributes to capacity planning, metrics, licensing & reporting for MFA, Self Service Password Reset, and Azure AD
- Identity & Directories Security Services advocate for the region
- Knowledge management - Disaster Recovery, change management and process documentation.
- Contribute towards the planning of the annual CAB, Variable and running budgets.
- Responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance with global data privacy laws.
- Identify and execute changes to reduce cost and increase the robustness of the services.
