**What You Will Do In This Role**:
You will be responsible for supporting decision-making based on data analysis, and developing communication insights from data. You will collaborate with Integrated Marketing Communication teams and agency partners, in order to ensure excellence in measurement, implement methodologies, validate hypotheses and generate learning about the projects. Using data and analytics this role seeks to understand the consumer journey across media, social, on-line video, CRM, search, website, data and analytics, content and e-commerce.
**Roles and responsibilities**:
- Gathering data from different sources, like media campaigns, search, website, e-commerce and social media (quantitative and qualitative)
- Analysis and interpretation of media campaigns results - mainly digital, seeking opportunities for optimizations and innovations
- Consolidating different reports made internally and coming from agencies partners to uncover actionable insights
- Preparation of recurring and ad-hoc reports
- Definition of data visualization solutions
- Assistance in planning and validating conversion optimization experiments
- Report presentation
- Collaborate with different stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency
**We Are Looking For People Who**:
- Experience: 4+ years integrating communication measurement and data analysis teams and projects, preferably in digital media operations in Latin America (agency or client)
- Education: Undergraduate Degree or higher.
- Languages: Fluent in English and Portuguese OR English and Spanish
- Demonstrated analytical thinking across media, social, online video, CRM, search, website, data and analytics, content and e-commerce
- Evidence of project management where strong numeracy and analytical skills
**Necessary knowledge**:
- Knowledge of how digital campaigns work (Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads and programmatic platforms)
- Experience with Power BI and/or Google Data Studio
- Knowledge in planning, implementing and validating media tagging and web analytics (Google Tag Manager)
- Analytical and numeracy skills and ideally familiarity with analytics platforms such as tableau
**Job Competencies**:
**Analytical Skills**: This role will involve working with data and analytics tools. Competence with spreadsheets, basic analytics and use of databases to analyze results.
**Communication**: Must have excellent verbal and written communication style to communicate with all levels of management.
**Collaborative** : In many cases, this role will be about influencing non-direct reports. Collaboration and trust are key qualities to maximize the impact of this role.
