**Area of responsibility 1**: Business Partner Role

Support business in decisions involving people

Consults with managers, providing HR guidance when appropriate

Participate in business meetings, ensuring that HR issues are part of the agenda. And, ensure that the themes that impact people are aligned with the HR strategy

**Perform intervention in the areas, such as**: team building, workshops, development talks and conflict management

Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention

Support all employees HR matters, such as payroll doubts, benefits (with orientation of HR administration area)

Analyzes trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies

**Monitor HR indicators in the areas**: vacancies, turnover, absenteeism, overtime, infractions, turnover, etc

Support the HR manager and others managers resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.

Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance

Provides performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)

Monitors the People Turnover and investigate the main reasons, to be sure we are taking the right decision (recruitment / People Management / decision to fire)

Assists international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters

**Expected Results**: Provide support in all HR matters to be sure we are align and follow the local legislation, in order to avoid legal problems and enhance the productive and satisfaction of employees.

**Area of responsibility 2**: Recruitment Process

Coordinate and conducts analysis on jobs description to search for promising job applicants

Define the most appropriate recruitment media such as internal job posting depending on the level of the position

Coordinates assessments processes when needed

Follow up the level of headcount approved by the GM and ask permission when temporary workers are needed.

**Expected Results**: To ensure the staffing of all positions with the right person with the right competencies, on the right place at the right moment, according with the approved budget.

**Area of responsibility 3**: Training and Development

Organize and monitors the annual performance review, supports line management during the process

Ensure that leaders and teams define their individual goals and implement development plans

Supports line management in training and development initiatives and plans to develop competencies needed for job mastery and overall performance

Collaborates with management to define, assess, recommend and drive improvement of learning, training and development tools, programs and processes

Develops and animate special management programs to train them on annual review

Facilitate and contribute to the managers preparation and participation in the calibration and succession processes

Helps Managers to identify and enhance employees with potential to develop skills and meet needs for career planning and challenging professional growth

Organize and monitor employee training schedules

Support the HR manager to oversee development of training programs, contracts and budgets

**Area of responsibility 4**: Internal Communication and Climate

Proposes and develops an action plan in order to improve or maintain good work morale and employees satisfaction

Define and implement the strategy for climate survey

Organizes different events to create and maintain personnel motivation and productivity to contribute to good working environment

Posts information about company, on Intranet and any other internal employee media

**Expected Results**: To guaranty that communication from corporate and general is delivered to all employees in order to develop employees’ sense of belonging and well-being in the company.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

**Degree**: Degree Required in Business Administration, Psychology, Logistics, Comex and related

**IT and System Requirements**: Intermediary level of Microsoft Office.

**Language**: English fluent

**Experience**: Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of Human Resources

**Expected Results**: To guaranty the right identification, delivering tools and processes that will enhance individual and collective performance.
