**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Demand Generation**:

- Develop and execute demand generation strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
- **Branding Activities**:

- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
- Create engaging content, including blog posts, articles, infographics, videos, and social media posts, to reinforce brand messaging and identity.
- Monitor brand sentiment and conduct market research to identify opportunities for brand enhancement and differentiation.
- **Event Coordination**:

- Plan, organize, and execute company-sponsored events, including webinars, trade shows, conferences, and customer events.
- Coordinate event logistics, such as venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, promotion, and post-event follow-up.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of events and maximize ROI.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on demand generation, branding, lead generation, and event coordination.
- Must speak Portuguese.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
