Where You'll Make a Difference- Develop and execute account plans for global, regional, or category customers.
- Lead commercial negotiations (pricing, contracts, payment terms, savings agreements).
- Build multi-level, cross-functional relationships with key customer stakeholders.
- Monitor KPIs and ensure commercial targets are met.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers across all interactions with IFF.
- Coordinate internal teams (Marketing, Creative, Operations, Regulatory) to ensure aligned delivery.
- Promote portfolio solutions aligned with company strategy and customer needs.
- Manage monthly sales forecasts and financial analysis.
- Conduct retrospective reviews of project wins and losses.
- Influence customer briefs and lead commercial kick-offs with stakeholders.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and update internal systems accordingly.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, and innovation opportunities.
- Defend and grow existing accounts while prospecting new business opportunities.
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, product development, or marketing, preferably in fragrance, cosmetics, FMCG, ingredients, or chemical industries.
- Analytical mindset with strong understanding of financial concepts (pricing, margin, forecasting).
- Knowledge of product development, consumer behavior, and market trends.
- Olfactive skills or expertise in skincare and biochemistry (where applicable).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Fluent in English and comfortable working across cultures.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Biology, Arts or Fashion.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce environments.
- Ability to gather and apply competitive market intelligence.
