**Here’s what the job entails**:
In this role, you will primarily support management to meet our tax obligations and minimise financial risks while working closely with various departments across the company. You will also be involved in accounts payable and receivable to support the finance department.

Concretely, your responsibilities include:

- preparing and delivering tax obligations to authorities
- serving as the main contact during tax audits and inspections
- issuing sales and service invoices while ensuring accurate invoicing and information for tax authorities
- managing invoices, including analysis and system updates
- monitoring bank account funds and investments

You will be part of our vibrant office in the heart of Brazil’s largest city, São Paulo, working with a talented team of 15 dedicated colleagues in trading, finance, risk, legal and administration. You will report directly to our Finance Director in Denmark and closely collaborate with our Tax Manager in Denmark and the local Finance Specialist in Brazil. You will also collaborate with the tax teams in our parent company, Equinor.

As you will be working in a dynamic environment with different stakeholders, we picture you as proactive and a n excellent communicator. We are also looking for someone with an analytical mindset and keen attention to detail.

We also imagine that you:

- have an education in Accounting, Law, Business administration, Economics or another related field
- have proven experience in Finance and Tax, with thorough knowledge of Brazilian tax and ancillary obligations, including PIS, COFINS, ICMS and ISS
- are proficient in English - both written and verbal

Please note that it is not a requirement to have prior knowledge of the energy industry to enter this role.
