- Overview- As Country Manager at SKAN do Brasil located in São-Paulo you will actively shape the set-up and growth of our company locally and are responsible for managing all operations in Brazil. Furthermore, you act as Accountable Manager for all Service activities in Brazil.- Responsibilities- Located in Brazil you are responsible for setting the strategic goals and implementing business strategies for the Brazil entity in connection with the Headquarter in Switzerland
- Responsible for establishing a service team in Brazil and its success
- Identify business opportunities, potential partners, markets, and competition in correlation with our main pharmaceutical market
- Manage financial budgets, expenses and resources to ensure cost-effectiveness, profitability and sustainability of business operations
- Monitor the performance of the entity and report to the Head office in Switzerland
- Recruit, train and manage staff in Brazil
- Negotiating contracts, integrating local operations and developing corporate structures
- Hardskills- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business management or a related field is essential
- Proven experience as Country Manager or similar role
- Experienced Teamleader
- Proven experience in developing successful service business, service activities, life-cycle engineering, aftersales or similar
- Track record in setting up a business in Brazil
- Strong knowledge of the Brazilian market conditions and business practices and preferably pharmaceutical market
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Proficiency in English and Portuguese
- Ability to adapt to a multicultural environment
- Softskills- Solution oriented thinking and approach - acting as a Leader
- High level of commitment and responsibility as well as high customer orientation
- Flexibility and willingness to keep learning
- Great team-player
- Ability to adapt with humility and resilience
