Join our Finance team as a Credit & Collection Manager and help us building BIC’s future as a key contributor to the Horizon Strategy 2030. In your role you will work very close with the commercial, customer service and RGM teams to reinforce our “collect faster” pillar, ensure the commercial policy accomplishment, manage and work toward our collection and accounts receivable key indicators achievement and our Cash Cycle Conversion improvement. You will find a well-structured and experienced team of 6 people in Brazil and 2 functional reports in Argentina and a very open to change environment which allows you to bring ideas and execute it.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Lead a team of 6 direct reports in Brazil and 2 functional reports in Argentina
- Ensure your part of the Order to cash procedure is followed appropriately
- Work very close to the commercial team to guarantee credit & collection procedures are accomplished
- Guarantee the “Collect Faster” execution
- Lead the Credit & Collection committee to inform AR and CRECO performance and approve possible exceptions
- Forecast the Days of Sales Outstanding through modeling existing data and projecting it to the future
- Guarantee Bad Debt anticipation and estimation, write-off of receivables and proper reconciliation of accounts receivable
- Guarantee adequate accounting and reconciliation for commercial rebates and trade discounts
- Credit risk management through credit insurance, guarantees as well as relationships with the insurers
- Participate in negotiations with key customers, mitigating risks and opportunities and proposing action plans to reduce BIC’s exposure
- Be a partner of Commercial area in the evaluation of the customer's support them to solve issues pendency of payments and deadlines of receipt
- Be a partner of Customer Service to ensure payment postponements and cutoff process on account receivable
- Supervise the Collection Process, acting in key cases
- Monitor business results as a whole
- Relationship with CISP and Serasa

Qualificações
**Projects You’ll Work On**:
As a key player on Finance Team you will face a welcome space for technological improvements, use of innovative tools, will be able to educate the commercial teams on AR KPIs by joining the commercial committees and will be an important contributor to the Transformation of the credit & collection area and the Pricing Project in Argentina.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Economics /Administration/ Accounting/ Engineering
- Experience of commercial credit and collection laws
- English Advanced/Fluent
- Knowledge of consumer good companies and manufacturing
- Excel and Power Point advanced
- Experience with management team
- Desirable Spanish basic/intermediate
- Desirable knowledge with companies in Argentina
- Ability with Data Analytics tools as Power BI.
