About the Company
We're a lean in-house sales team specialized in helping high-ticket businesses convert more qualified leads into closed deals. The company focuses on performance-driven sales execution, combining skilled closers with structured sales processes to maximize conversion rates across inbound and booked appointments. Instead of acting as a traditional outsourcing agency, we operate as an extension of a company's internal revenue team, emphasizing speed, consistency, and quality in every sales conversation. The Role This role sits at the intersection of content creation and business systemization. You will take clients raw input, sales calls, coaching sessions, day-to-day client work, voice notes, Loom recordings, and scripts, and turn it into two things:
- Systemized internal documentation (SOPs, program modules, training material) that turns Mitch's coaching delivery into a scalable, repeatable system You'll need a sharp ear for extracting the key ideas from unstructured material and the versatility to repackage them for two very different audiences: prospects/customers and internal fulfillment.
What You'll Do
- Review raw material (calls, voice notes, Looms, scripts) and extract the key, reusable ideas
- Edit talking-head and call footage into polished IG Reels and short-form content
- Design basic supporting graphics for ads and social content (Canva-level)
- Convert coaching methodology into structured SOPs and program modules
- Maintain documentation as the program evolves What We're Looking For Must-Have
- Strong video editing & graphic design skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or equivalent)
- Daily, hands-on proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) for content and documentation work
- Strong ability to extract key ideas from unstructured material (voice notes, calls, scripts) and repackage them clearly
- Experience building SOPs, training modules, or systemized documentation
- Polished written and spoken English
- Preferred Qualifications: Background in high-ticket coaching, consulting, or info-product businesses Tools
- CapCut / Adobe Premiere / Canva
- AI editing tools (Higgsfield, ElevenLabs)
- ChatGPT / Claude
- Slack / Google Workspace
