Are you ready to lead the charge in transforming business development opportunities within the Brazilian public and private sector ? As a Business Development Manager, you'll be at the forefront of strategic planning and implementation, driving key projects that shape the future of our Strategic Affairs Area. Your leadership will be pivotal in mapping, engaging, and executing new local business ventures, ensuring alignment across local, regional, and global teams.
**Accountabilities**:
- Lead key public strategic projects, overseeing the entire process from prospecting to negotiation, while maintaining governance models internally and externally.
- Champion Business Development Opportunities in the Public/Private Sector, driving bold initiatives within this workstream.
- Develop and implement planning tools for strategic affairs projects, engaging a wide array of local cross-functional stakeholders to foster a cultural change mindset.
- Ensure priorities are aligned locally, regionally, and globally with both business and operations teams.
- Connect and engage internal teams (including those outside Brazil) to adhere to legal and compliance practices.
- Map and analyze market and competitor dynamics.
**Skills/Experience**:
- Undergraduate degree in health, administration, or related areas
- Strong knowledge/overview of Brazilian healthcare dynamics
- Previous experience with public-private partnerships & engagement with high-profile public stakeholders
- Previous experience with planning tools
- Preferred experience negotiating with public-private stakeholders is a plus
- Advanced English proficiency
- Advanced Spanish proficiency
