**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the development and maintenance of Sports /Football/ ACG(Anime, Comic, Game), etc type creators, formulate the overall operation plan and strategy, responsible for the growth, traffic, activeness, and other indicators of creators;
- Understand the ecological supply and demand relationship of Sports /Football/ ACG contents, plan and implement the marketing plan for creators aiming at enhancing the high value of the platform, and improve the stickiness and creativity of creators on the platform;
- Responsible for the analysis of creators' consumption data ins-site and off-site, able to guide them to create and improve content, optimize the idea of operation on the platform, and promote the growth of fans and traffic;
- Responsible for the maintenance of creator community and fan relationship operation, planning and conducting online and offline meetings/events, responsible for the effect of the campaign;
- Be good at insight into the needs and demands of creators, summarize daily feedback and information collection, identify priorities, timely follow-up solutions, and improve the creators' satisfaction;
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Experienced in creator & suer maintenance, training, and education, or experience in MCN are preferred;
- Mastering the introduction of talent skills, and community operation mechanisms, with sports stars, football Clubs, sports commentators resources, or gaming famous players, commentators resources is preferred;
- Familiar with Sports /Football/ ACG field and content production, being a creator or successful in social media account operation are preferred;
- Have experience in user and campaign operation, good at organizing and planning online and offline events, and pay attention to process management
- Good communication and business negotiation skills, strong ability to work under pressure
- Good at analyzing and solving problems independently, coordinating and organizing internal and external resources
- Strong result-oriented consciousness, planning work plans and implementation according to schedule.
