As an Activation Marketing Specialist you will play a key role in the definition, activation and execution of the business plan and marketing plan that allows you to boost the generation of demand for the TSD in the LATAM. In this role you can lead the implementation of various programs and campaigns that generate impact and interaction with people from different countries and areas such as Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Operation, Application Engineering, among others. You will also have a unique opportunity to work hand in hand with Latin American portfolio leaders to provide valuable inputs that allow plans to be grounded to local needs.

The impact you will have in this role
- Identify opportunities and needs in the local market, with the support of the commercial team, seeking the benefit of the various communication platforms (social networks / mass media / agencies) that best suit the public and target market of the Road Safety business.
- You will lead the execution of marketing campaigns and programs in each country under your responsibility ensuring that you transmit the key inputs and on time to the leaders of Latin America.
- You will design and implement customized marketing plans for the main commercial partners (channel) of the division in favor of the development and penetration of the local market through the design of mechanics, promotions, materials, alliances, among others
- Government market experience in collaboration in regulatory programs & demand generation plans.
- You will maintain continuous feedback on the customer experience with all Latin American and Marketing Center decision makers to achieve the best physical and virtual customer experience.
- The skills and experience we are looking for_
- Professional degree in Marketing, Commercial Engineering, Business Administration or related with specialization in marketing
- Proficiency in advanced English & Spanish
- Mastery of office tools (Excel, Power Point, Word)
- Position based in Brasil with a maximum of 30% of its time spent on travel abroad.

Additional experience and skills that could help you be even more successful in this role:

- If you have had experience and/or knowledge in the infrastructure and/or Automotive sector you are highly desirable in the role.
- Knowledge in SalesForce / Power Bi
