We are a dynamic leader in the iGaming industry, building a next-generation entertainment brand combining offline activations and digital experiences — and we're looking for a Marketing and Brand Activation Manager to lead this mission.
Role: Marketing and Brand Activation Manager
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing our integrated marketing strategy to elevate our brand in the Brazilian market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead integrated marketing strategies spanning offline events and digital/social campaigns.
- Manage sponsorships, strategic partnerships, and event activations to maximize brand visibility and engagement.
- Oversee marketing budgets and suppliers, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget while achieving a strong ROI.
- Collaborate with digital teams to ensure alignment between offline campaigns and online strategy.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with Brazilian advertising standards and regulations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in both offline and digital channels.
- Demonstrable experience in brand activations, sponsorship management, and brand building.
- Strong analytical skills to measure campaign effectiveness and superior negotiation skills.
- Professional fluency in both Portuguese and English is essential.
- Experience in the iGaming, FinTech, or Sports industries is highly advantageous.
