**A Hybrid working model**

Once offices are fully open we will be moving to a hybrid working model, which will allow our employees to split their time between the office and other locations, something we hope will provide everyone much more flexibility to their working week. The expectation is that working life at Hogarth will involve working from the office for about 50% of the time for most people. **What does a Project Manager do at Hogarth?**

The Project Manager Junior assists the management of multiple projects while providing project management advice to the account. The PM will coordinate projects, schedules, track the progress of projects and report their results.

**Key Areas of Responsibility**
- Manage multiple tasks assignments with transparency;
- Be proactive, organized, and most of all committed to the client's deadlines;
- Manage clients and ability to build new relationships and manage existing ones;
- Time management and capacity to prioritize simultaneous tasks and projects course-correcting when needed;
- Team player but also comfortable working autonomously.

**Reporting lines and key stakeholders**

This role reports to the Project Production Lead.

You will work closely with Content Management, Project Management, Quality Assurance.

**Requirements**:

- Advanced English Level;
- Tools - JIRA, workfront, sharepoint, teams, etc.;
- CMS - AEM.
