Whether working remotely or in-person, we strive to make every day fun and engaging; from team lunches to trivia competitions to local outings, there is always something exciting happening at KnowBe4. **_ Please submit your resume in English._** **To learn more about our team and office culture in São Paulo, Brazil, visit the following links.** **Responsibilities**: - Review and edit course scripts, descriptions, storyboards, and other deliverables - Review graphics/art department deliverables to ensure the quality and adherence as storyboard dictates - Test course builds, complete issue logs and re-test fixes until the fix passes - Communication with the team on these issues and provide feedback in a collaborative way that helps to make all the departments in courseware thrive - Flexibility regarding working hours as they will be working with teams across different time zones - Take an active role in creating and supporting content that is diverse, equitable, and inclusive as outlined in the KnowBe4 DEI statement - Ensure content is Web Content Accessible Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) compliant so that our content is accessible to all users **Requirements**: - Bachelor's degree in related field - Minimum 3 years of relevant experience working in eLearning QA - Excellent communication skills, written and verbal - Good communication skills in English - Able to correct others while, at the same time, encouraging them to improve their skills - Fluent in German **Our Fantastic Benefits** - Note: An applicant assessment and background check may be part of your hiring procedure._ No recruitment agencies, please.
