**Our teams of digital nomads** work remotely from **Cyprus, Malta, the USA, Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Montenegro, Poland, Latvia, Serbia, Spain, Portugal, UAE, Israel, Turkey, Thailand, Indonesia, Japan, Hong Kong, Australia and many other locations.**

We are looking for a** CRM Manager.**
**Your main tasks will be**:
- Generating hypotheses and preparing their descriptions;
- Improving funnel from registrations to confirmation and sales;
- Segmentation of clients and analysis of client metrics;
- Creating and launching promotional campaigns and trigger chains;
- Conducting A/B tests and analyzing the results;
- Interacting with UX, copywriters, development, data analysts teams;
- Development of new communication channels
**We expect from you**:
- Experienced with CRM/CDP Systems, HTML, Google Sheets / Excel, Jira / Confluence, and any BI-systems;
- Experience with hypotheses (generation, testing);
- Understanding the main CRM metrics;
- English level B1+;
- Russian level C1;
- Experience with SQL would be a plus.

This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
