**YOUR ROLE**:

- **Work in a multitude of projects during the consultancy lifecycle, in charge of designing and improving service experiences across various touchpoints, ensuring a seamless and cohesive user journey design.**:

- **Conduct user research to understand user needs and behavior, both at a quantitative and qualitative level, and synthesize findings into actionable insights**:

- **Analyze research data to identify pain points and opportunities for service improvement.**:

- **Develop detailed service blueprints, journey maps, personas, and other design artifacts to design journeys to-be**:

- **Communicate these design solutions and rationale to stakeholders through presentations, documentation and others forms of storytelling**:

- **Present design concepts and strategies to clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating the value and impact of design decisions.**:

- **Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to ensure cohesive service delivery.**

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- **Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD degrees in Design, Psychology, Sociology, Communications or a related field**:

- **Looking for an experienced individual which can work autonomously together with other designers (over 5 years’ experience)**:

- **Experience working in design thinking projects, but also in an end-to-end implementation where the proposed design was implemented by a development team**:

- **Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.**:

- **The ability to think strategically and solve complex problems, balancing user needs with business goals.**:

- **Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Illustrator, and other relevant tools to aid in conducting discovery and design stages.**
