More than ever, Ceva is committed to a "One Health" approach. **Your missions**: Manage the marketing plan for the Ruminants and Horse business line with a broad view of the market and marketing channels, focusing on customer needs in order to increase Ceva Brasil's market share in terms of sales, margins and image of the Business Unit's product lines. Lead product and trade marketing team. **Responsibilities**: - Gather, analyze and present qualitative and quantitative information from the market - Market marketing analysis with a view of products by customer groups and segments - Carry out a Marketing Plan for the short/medium and long term for Ruminants and Horse lines - Relationship with key integration decision makers and Brazilian distributors to understand the evolution of their needs - Work together with the commercial team, in testing and analyzing new development projects and commercial actions, in addition to actively participating in the commercial plan - Analysis of the portfolio and pipeline giving the future direction of the business, considering product positioning, life cycle and prices - Marketing Budget - Lead the launch and relaunch project - Lead trade marketing area, considering channels and relationship programs **Your profile**: - Graduation in Veterinary Medicine and/or Marketing with extensive experience in the Veterinary market - Creation of marketing plans - Bugdet management in the Marketing area - Organization of projects and planning - Experience with product launches - Knowledge in Trade Marketing
