We are now strengthening and expanding our Software Development Management team to establish a foothold in Sri Lanka and meet our growing business and to accelerate our journey towards a product with multitenancy in cloud as well as SaaS.

We are seeking a **Software Development Manager** to join Columbo office.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Software Development Manager you will be responsible for the staffing the agile development teams. The teams will innovate, develop, maintain our low code platform that helps our customers to easy and flexible digitalize their business processes.

As a line Manager you are accountable for the software delivery performance and efficiency of your employees, and you will take part in and drive work to improve existing processes and frameworks. You will work tightly with product management to make sure we meet the business demands, commitments, and improvement objectives.

You will also play an important part in working with the strategic objectives for the department. Stretching your skills when it comes to facilitation, collaboration, growth mindset and problem solving.

**Required competence**:

- Fluent in English
- +5 years of managing development teams
