- Responsible for all manufacturing resources: employees, machinery, material.
- Insures the manufacturing output in term of volume, efficiency and quality.
- Organizes the manufacturing process insuring to cover any related position.
- Insures that employees have the proper know-how/instruction in order to attend their activity.
- Insures that tools and machinery are in order, efficient and safe.
- Insures the output of the factory according to production planning.
- Acts on manufacturing method in order to provide a continuous improvement.
- Applies and adhers to prescribed measures of safety at work, fire protection and all other prescribed safety measures.
- Performs other tasks as requested by the direct subordinate in accordance with the qualifications, skills and abilities.
