- As a member of the Fragrance & Beauty division, reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll be responsible for developing creative design concepts to support marketing programs and client presentations. You'll also create and produce dynamic multimedia presentations and lead junior Graphic Design team members. This is a Hybrid position with 4 days at the office with 1 at home, with a required availability during weekends when Givaudan promotes events for our clients.**In this exciting role, you will**:

- Develop creative design concepts to support marketing programs and client presentations;
- Work with Marketing, Evaluation, and Sales to recommend Graphic Design treatments or options;
- Create and produce dynamic multimedia presentations for internal clients;
- Create and produce design concepts for informative material, booklets, presentations, promotional kits, stagings, among others;
- Coordinate events and briefings with our partner agencies, and be the main contact between Givaudan and said agencies.
- Coordinate meetings with agencies, follow up on their work, provide feedback, and recommendations, and avoid potential issues.
- Develop/maintain a library of past creative work, organized for easy retrieval
- Perform image administration such as scanning, retouching, and researching
- Coordinate outside vendor services and freelance designers
- Participate in marketing meetings as a Development team member
- Lead and develop more junior members of the Graphic Design team

**You?**
- Have a degree or Higher Education qualification in Graphic Design, or related;
- 3 to 5 years of experience working in a Graphic Design role or similar (working hands-on with designing concepts, pieces, and material development);
- Intermediate level of English is required, both written and spoken;
- Know how to work with Adobe, Photoshop, or Figma;
- Knowledge about technical design and 3D design is valued;
