Visão geral da equipe e responsabilidades:
Buscamos um Estagiário de Customer Service para integrar a nossa equipe. Com sede em Sorocaba/SP, reportando-se ao Coordenador de Inside Sales, você terá como atividades:
Papéis e **Responsabilidades**:
1. Contribuir na administração e controles de contratos, ofertas, pedidos e propostas de vendas, efetuando análises básicas, apoiando a área no desenvolvimento das atividades regulares.

2. Participar de análises e outros estudos referentes a parte administrativa e econômica de propostas de venda, levantando dados e informações diversas, tais como prazos de entrega, aspectos financeiros, especificações técnicas.

5. Realizar acompanhamento pós-venda, verificando todas as informações junto ao cliente para subsidiar decisões internas na melhoria contínua dos serviços prestados.

6. Acompanhar e fechar carteiras de pedidos e a previsão para próximos períodos, conforme planejamento, por meio de sistema informatizado, consolidando as previsões orçamentárias.

7. Analisar devoluções de materiais identificando motivos e as responsabilidades, informando ao setor competente para efetuar resoluções e dar prosseguimento ao processo.

- Excel básico
- Conhecimentos em SAP são um diferencial
