We are looking for an Institutional Relations Analyst based in Rio de Janeiro. As an Institutional Relations Analyst, you will find solutions to the stickiest, most unique challenges faced by our guests and our team. Your objective is to deliver an outstanding relationship experience with Building Managers, Janitors and Neighbors representing Tabas’ interests in all condominiums, solving daily operations problems, such as specific requests from the Trustees or negotiating condominium rules. You must guarantee a peaceful interaction, with polite manners and quality of service prioritizing everyone's calmness and happiness. Your routine requires intelligent analysis of situations and establishing processes of continuous improvement for the company.

**Responsabilidades e atribuições**
- Develop a good relationship with Building Managers, Janitors, Neighbors (the bridge between Tabas and Condominiums);
- Always be available through cell phone or text, responding to special requests as fast as possible, even during night time and weekends;
- Be calm and polite to tranquilize the other person during a stress situation;
- Negotiate condominium rules regarding renovations, new Tenants registrations, condominium hours, minimum rental time, etc;
- Analytical ability to classify and develop strategic information for the areas;
- Be entrepreneurial, not be afraid to get your hands dirty and go beyond to things rolling while helping to build the company;
- Receiving complex inquiries from Building Managers and deciding the right way to resolve the issues while ensuring an excellent client experience;
- Liaising across functions within the business to identify the origin of issues and improve related processes to enhance customer experience;
- Be process driven and help delivering an outstanding experience for our clients;

**Requisitos e qualificações**
- Great communication skills
- both written and verbal;
- Be polite, work with manners;
- Always be available through phone or text, responding to messages in the same hour.
- Be a people person;
- Exceptional prioritization and organization skills and the ability to multi-task competing priorities;
- Ability to work on weekends when needed;
- Bachelor’s Degree;
- Problem-solving attitude;
- Drive to get things done;
- Fluent/ Advanced in English.
