**Job Description**:
We are looking for an Event Host to organize and lead institutional events,
conferences, and webinars for an international legal consultancy. This
professional will be responsible for engaging audiences, representing the
brand professionally, and ensuring that events enhance authority and
strategic networking.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Event Planning and Organization
- Work alongside the marketing team to plan in-person, hybrid, and

online events.
- Develop scripts and schedules for conferences, panels, and

presentations.
- Coordinate event logistics, including invitations, guest lists, and

technical setup.
- Ensure that the consultancy’s branding and messaging align with each

event's purpose.

2. Event Hosting and Presentation
- Serve as the master of ceremonies, leading institutional events, panels,

and roundtables.
- Engage the audience and maintain a dynamic, professional event flow.
- Introduce and mediate discussions between speakers, lawyers, and

special guests.
- Ensure an engaging and interactive experience for participants.

3. Communication and Relationship Management
- Interact with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Enhance digital presence during events, promoting engagement on

social media.
- Act as the main point of contact between attendees and the

organization, ensuring feedback and follow-ups.

4. Content Strategy for Events
- Develop scripts and speeches aligned with the consultancy’s marketing

and branding strategy.
- Collaborate with the communication team to create promotional

content before and after events.
- Stay updated on corporate event trends and new engagement

practices.

**Requirements**:
Education Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Journalism, Advertising,

Marketing, Public Relations, or related fields.
- Experience as a presenter, master of ceremonies, journalist, or

corporate event host.
- Knowledge of event marketing and conference organization.
- Familiarity with legal topics and the corporate law sector is a plus.

Technical Skills
- Excellent public speaking and oratory skills.
- Ability to improvise and maintain stage control.
- Basic knowledge of audiovisual production and online event

broadcasting.
- Fluent English (additional languages are a plus).

Soft Skills
- Charisma and professional presence.
- Ability to handle unexpected situations and maintain event flow.
- Organization and attention to detail.
- Teamwork and the ability to engage diverse audiences.

Day-to-Day Routine
Develop scripts and prepare presentations for in-person and online
events.
Rehearse and test audiovisual equipment before live broadcasts.
Host events, interact with speakers, and engage the audience.
Track event success metrics and collect post-event feedback.
