Dow has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Supply Chain Scheduling Specialist based in São Paulo, Brazil.

About you and this role - What you would do in this role

You will decide what, when, and where to supply for multiple production sites or multiple plants at one site, within a single business or multiple smaller businesses. Balances supply and demand over the operational horizon, to achieve optimum product availability, asset utilization and supply chain efficiencies.

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage Supply/Demand/ Inventories- Manage and maintain a healthy inventor- Contribute actively in the S&OP processes within the area- Align business strategy and supply chain operations- Act as primary interface between business and leveraged functions- Execute business supply chain strategy on quality, service, inventory, costs- Proactive and transparent status updates to lead planner and function- Identify and drive supply chain improvements- Help drive cross-functional initiatives- Work closely with Customer service and sales to meet customer needs- Optimize supply chain design decisions

Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree;- 2 years of experience in Supply Chain is required;- English: Intermediate Level;- Spanish: Intermediate Level;- Excellent Communication, Proactivity, and Teamwork;- Learning and digital mindset;- Strong resilience.

Your Preferred Sills:
- SAP (Planning) and OMP experience;- CSR, Planning and/or scheduling experience is preferred;- Problem-solving;- Data Driven;- Prior data analytics experience is preferred;- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel;
