**Job Description**:
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Executes deliverables in support of the supply chain organization's business objectives. Guides of one of the key areas within the Global Supply Chain to ensure business objectives are met or exceeded in all areas including customer, quality, service, responsiveness, product, and financial initiatives.
Position communicates to all levels of the organization, within the function as well as other functions and suppliers Position is responsible for supporting relationship management with logistic suppliers and service providers
- Ability to understand and assess complex supply chain issues and lead teams in a cross functional environment to successfully resolve issues minimizing impacts to vehicle production
- High skill in Warehouses flow and control and the respective WMS systems.
- Be updated on Digital Transformation tooling focusing on Supply Chain operations.
- Assess supplier schedules and impact on vehicle assembly production.
- Collaborate cross functionally to develop creative solutions.
- Ability to summarize critical issues with resolutions and communicate to leadership
- Handle very complex capacity constraint issues to resolution with goal to eliminate potential plant disruptions due to any Logistic challenge (Local and Overseas)
- Analyze metrics supporting supplier critical issues or sufficiency plan resolution.
- Ability to be flexible and at times work extended and non-core hours to ensure issues are worked to resolution.
- Ability to travel to plant locations when required for onsite support of launch and build-out.
- Ability to problem tackle complete issues and implement new and innovative strategies.
- Deep understanding of Supply Chain functions
**Additional Job Description**
- Ability to Coordinate the Execution Phase on new Launches and Product Improvement along all stakeholders involved on processes (Planning, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality).
- Solid technical skill to support the Team, Launch Team, and GM Tiers on change management to guarantee the best and fast implementation flow.
- Solid knowledge and ability to interface with GM Tiers, reviewing their production and supply chain flow to guarantee a flawless and sustainable Launches.
- Skill to evaluate in prevent way crisis and impact on GM Operation, and ability to manage crisis period, managing with strategy and planning actions to revert and keep the supply flow accordingly.
- Knowledge on Manufacturing, Engineering, Warehousing, PCP, and Procurement are highly required.

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably), Administration or correlated areas.
- Solid knowledge on Product Engineering and Production Flow.
- MBA will be a plus.
- Fluent in English.
- Spanish desired.
- Solid knowledge in Excel and Power BI
- Knowledge in Data Analytics
- Deep knowledge in GM ERP process (MGO- A, MGO-C, SAP, etc)
