Dow has a great opportunity as **Supply Chain Scheduling Specialist **based in **São Paulo(BRA). **Decides what, when and where to supply for multiple production sites or multiple plants at one site, within a single business or multiple smaller businesses. Balances supply and demand over the operational horizon, to achieve optimum product availability, asset utilization and supply chain efficiencies.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Manage Supply/Demand/ Inventories.
- Manage and maintain healthy inventory levels.
- Contribute actively in the S&OP processes within the area.
- Align business strategy and supply chain operations.
- Act as primary interface between business and leveraged functions.
- Execute business supply chain strategy on quality, service, inventory and costs.
- Proactive and transparent status updates to lead planner and function.
- Identify and drive supply chain improvements.
- Help drive cross-functional initiatives.
- Work closely with Customer service and sales to meet customer needs.
- Optimize supply chain design decisions.

**Required Qualifications**
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Supply Chain is required.
- English: Intermediate Level.
- Spanish: Intermediate Level.

**Your Preferred Qualifications**
- SAP (Planning) and OMP experience.
- CSR, Planning and/or scheduling experience is preferred.
- Problem-solving.
- Data Driven.
- Prior data analytics experience is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
