O Account Executive é responsável por vender projetos incríveis para os nossos prospects e clientes.
Ele manja dos paranauê de vendas e conhece de field e inside sales. Deve ter um papel consultivo e conhecer bem o mercado de RH e/ou SaaS, além de técnicas para gerar mais resultados.
Principais atividades
Garantir a entrada de novos projetos com clientes de acordo com as metas
Atingimento de metas de vendas
Garantir uma venda alinhada com o time de operações
Visita e prospecção de clientes
Ajuda na melhoria da política de precificação
Gerenciar o ciclo de vendas e pipeline em software de CRM
Elaboração de propostas comerciais e follow-up para garantir fechamentos
Alinhamento e parceria com SDR para geração de novos clientes
Incrementar trabalho de inteligência comercial para ajudar na priorização de clientes
Estabelecer relacionamento com clientes e prospects do mercado de RH
**- Experiências desejáveis**:
Experiência em vendas cosultivas. Tempo médio de venda entre 2 e 6 meses.
Conhecer bem o mercado de RH.
