**Responsibilities**:
- Leading large, complex products and managing the day-to-day of a product squad (or two). Advise and contribute to cross-squad and cross-team projects
- Defining and communicating product strategy
- Translating a deep understanding of the competitive landscape into clear product recommendations
- Contributing to other teams' successes by leading cross-team processes that help scale company performance and mentoring other squads and teams
- Advocating for goal-oriented/KPI driven product management. Building an approach for measuring outcomes for every release across the customer platform
- Conducting in-person conversations with existing and potential partners to understand customer needs
- Serving as a liaison between the product team and multiple stakeholders
**Required Skills**:
- 5+ years of product management
- Experience working with multi-functional teams
- Individual must be a team player, upbeat, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Leadership DNA, proven ability to excite and lead a product team
- Demonstrated experience in gathering and transforming business requirements into a successful product strategy
- Possesses good organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks through effective prioritization to meet tight deadlines in an environment of competing priorities
- Experience working in an agile environment and methodology with design and technology teams
- Proven ability to deliver on commitments
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical thinking skills
