O objetivo do cargo é ser responsável por liderar o time de Talent América do Sul em Aquisição de Talentos, Employer Branding, Ferrero University, gestão do desempenho e criar, ministrar e avaliar treinamentos e iniciativas de desenvolvimento em apoio aos planos de RH do Grupo.

A vaga é híbrida (3x2) e oferece assistência médica e odontológica, VR/VA flexível, Seguro de vida, carro corporativo, Gympass e bônus por performance.
