Job description: The Business Development Manager will take ownership of client acquisition and account growth in a high-potential market, working closely with the Global Sales Manager and the Marketing team. Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, the Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving outbound growth and developing new business opportunities among Brazil’s top educative organizations. Its main responsibilities will be to: Identify, qualify, and engage new business opportunities within targeted accounts Execute a structured outbound sales strategy supported by the marketing team Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in corporate, academic, and institutional clients Understand client needs to offer tailored learning and certification solutions Manage and nurture selected accounts to ensure satisfaction and long-term cooperation Contribute to forecasting and reporting activities for the region Requirements: Experience: At least 2 years in business development or sales ideally within the EdTech, SaaS, or digital learning sectors. Education: A bachelor in Business Administration or related fields would be an asset. Languages: Fluency in English. Spanish proficiency considered a plus. Competences: Strong communication and negotiation skills applicable to both corporate and academic clients. Demonstrable motivation, autonomy and goal-oriented mindset with a hunter approach to generate new business.
