Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in São Paulo, SP. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and managing the sales process from start to finish. The role also involves market research, developing and implementing strategies for business growth, and collaborating with internal teams to align efforts and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Business Development, Sales, and Client Relations skills
  • Market Research and Strategy Development experience
  • Ability to manage the sales process and achieve sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Experience in the industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English is preferred
