Role Overview

BTCC is seeking a driven and strategic Business Development Manager to lead our expansion across Brazil and Spanish-speaking LATAM markets. You'll be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building partnerships, and driving user acquisition in one of the world's most vibrant crypto regions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute BD strategies to grow BTCC's presence in Brazil and LATAM

- Identify and secure partnerships with influencers, trading communities, and fintech platforms

- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to localize campaigns and features

- Analyze market trends, user behavior, and competitor activity to inform strategy

- Represent BTCC at local crypto events, meetups, and online forums

Requirements

- Native Portuguese speaker; Spanish and English proficiency highly desirable

- Proven experience in business development at a crypto exchange or blockchain company

- Strong network within the Brazilian crypto ecosystem

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills

- Self-starter with a growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From R$8,000.00 per month
