Arivir Corporation is growing – and we want you to be part of our team We are looking for a Bilingual Business Development Manager to lead our sales operations in São Paulo, Brazil, with direct exposure to international markets across Latin America, North America, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.

What You'll Do
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team to exceed targets.
- Build and nurture customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand into new markets.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and adapt strategies for competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with logistics and purchasing teams to ensure smooth international vehicle deliveries.
- Recruit, coach, and retain top sales talent as we continue to grow.
- Partner with leadership to align field operations with the company's global brand initiatives.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years in sales, including 3+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Proven record of exceeding sales goals and leading high-performing teams.
- Experience building relationships and closing deals in international markets.
- Strong negotiation skills with knowledge of pricing, financing, and trade regulations.
- Multicultural awareness and fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
- Ability to travel as needed to support regional and global operations.
