- Has a track record of working with complex Engineering Positions
- especially focused on Management, Front-end, Back-end, Full-stack, and Data;
- You are energized about Sourcing and has the ability to bring creative and effective ways beyond LinkedIn (tech communities, GitHub and other tools);
- You have built effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and are recognized as a trusted advisor in recruitment matters;
- You have excellent prioritization skills
- time-management, handling multiple positions with different scopes;
- You are an excellent verbal communicator with exceptional written communication skills in Portuguese and English;
- You are comfortable using metrics such as OKRs;
- You have experience with ATS
