Activation Specialist, Youtube

Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in Digital Advertising, Marketing Analytics and Media Management.
- Experience in developing multi channel media and communication strategies and tactics for brands.
- Ability to speak and write in English and Portuguese fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

- Knowledge of the Google Ads and YouTube products, how to create and optimize video campaigns.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, re-prioritize, and communicate project timelines regularly to stakeholders.
- Ability to navigate fluidly between strategic thinking and execution.

Our Product Solutions Specialist (PSS) team partners closely with all Google's areas and is a key strategic driver to empower our Large Customer Sales teams. You will help advertisers and agencies develop and leverage digital solutions that build stronger businesses and brands. In this specific role, you will cover YouTube Activation Strategy and will work closely with Measurement, Creative, Cross Product Specialists and sellers to develop robust and innovative digital video strategies.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be a thought media leader in the Product Solution Specialists team.
- Ensure consistent delivery of excellent go-to-market strategies, activation plans, and materials for YouTube solutions.
- Advise sellers on how to uniquely adapt YouTube value propositions to marketing customers objectives. Identify operational improvements and deploy process optimizations at scale.
- Develop YouTube business and competitive environment analysis and benchmarks. Identify the key obstacles and opportunities to help YouTube prosper in the media landscape.
- Share plans, updates, and recommendations with Large Customer Sales (LCS) sellers and executives across LCS, Global Product.
