Braincube is seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to support Braincube’s marketing strategy. A key member within the marketing team, this person will help drive brand awareness, maximize revenues, and drive engagement with our target audiences.

Main duties include executing on a regionalized, LATAM marketing strategy. This includes producing and adapting marketing content, campaign development and execution, and the creation and coordination of marketing materials for online and print use. There is also a strong focus on event planning and delivery. In addition, cross-departmental collaboration will be needed on a variety of projects with a strong need for global alignment as your team is global, with colleagues in Brazil, France, and the United States.
- Strong aptitude for teamwork and collaboration with the ability to produce high quality work and strategies
- Entrepreneurial mentality with the flexibility to take on a wide range of projects
- Global marketing knowledge and experience-SaaS experience a plus
- Experience working with events through tradeshows, webinars, and other customer/prospect engagements
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize
- English and Portuguese fluency
- Degree in marketing or business and/or relevant experience

**Responsibilities**:

- Define and implement region-specific marketing plan while also contributing to the global marketing and content strategy
- Drive Key Account Marketing, brand awareness initiatives and general marketing tactics to help support lead gen efforts
- Lead the LATAM strategic event calendar, developing a regionalized strategy for optimal ROI
- Create original content regularly to grow the company’s footprint appropriate for local and global audiences
- Partner with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors
- Convince others that your creative ideas are worth investing time and effort in. This role is at the core of the marketing team, and others will rely on your work every single day.
- Collaborate with sales, vendors, and other stakeholders to drive new revenue with a strong focus on storytelling and campaign execution
- Contribute to translated content review process (in Portuguese from English)
