**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We are hiring a PARTNERS ACQUISITION ANALYST to our NEW VENTURES team in São Paulo

**YOUR IMPACT**
- Contribute with strategies that promote the positioning of Wellz as an attractive platform for psychology professionals
- Execute actions and campaigns focused on attracting partners
- Ensure sustainable growth of the network of therapists, aligning the network's service capacity and demand
- Ensure a diverse selection of partners, helping to form a network with different types of professionals, who meet all the needs and preferences of our user base
- Act in a proactive recruitment process, seeking to develop a pull of professionals ready to start the service of the network as soon as necessary
- Support the onboarding process for new partners

**WHO YOU ARE**
- Completed degree in Psychology
- Experience in recruitment and selection processes with high volume of hiring
- Experience in structuring selection processes
- Knowledge of cognitive behavioral therapy
- Advanced English
