**EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS**
Have the interpretation skills to perform analysis and approval of expense reports, based on guidelines and processes related to client’s policies. Stay productive, connected to your work team.
**REQUIREMENTS**
**Key Responsibilities & Tasks**
- Provides first level assessment of expense reports in compliance to client’s subscription, policies, and procedures.
- Utilizes tools and systems proficiently to process expense reports.
- Documents and recommends necessary corrections and additional requirements to complete process in a timely manner.
- Be aware of, and comply with, all corporate policies.
- Reach a daily target in an efficient way maintaining high quality standards
**Skill set required**
- Care for and have an accurate eye for detail
- Maintain confidentiality, including, but not limited to, end-user financial information and client policies and procedures
- Stay curious, motivated, and analytical for process excellence
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
- Advanced English
**WORK EXPERIENCE**.
- Experience in administrative positions
- Previous knowledge of fees, taxes and the Brazilian financial system is a plus.
**NICE TO HAVE**
Spanish language knowledge
