**Job Profile / Activities**:
We are extremely proud to have our equipment be a part of one of the world's New Electrified Mines and we are looking for just the right leader to act as the Electrification Site Development Manager.

In this role you will be the single point of contact for the site. You will work in conjunction with the engineers, feeding back information to aid in the performance and enhancement of the prototypes.

You will own the success of Electrification.

**Job Duties / Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to**:
Draw upon foundational product development skills such as conceptual design, development of product and/or process, data analysis & extraction, failure resolution & prevention, and requirements management is required; as well as, ever increasing skill in technical project management, development of product, internal and external requirements management, and cost-value management.

Draw upon knowledge of more than one engineering function, technology, component, system, product, or process.

Increases understanding of product technology and process and the customers’ business and needs.

Work with immediate work group or project team, division/business unit, suppliers, internal and external customers, and the market, typically impacting one or more product, process, or factory.

Accountable for operating expense budget.

Manages on-site relationships, schedule, interactions with mine planning, infrastructure, and maintenance. Develop relationships and trusted advisors.

This role you will be required to be Physically present on customer’s site - 80%+

**Basic Qualifications**

**Education**:Bachelor Degree

**Experience**:+10 years of experience related to the position - Technical experience (electrical, mechanical, automation and mining); Experience with customer service and work with multiple groups of internal and external customers.

**Language**:English Advanced

**Behavioral skills**:Position requires excellent human relations, interpersonal, and communications skills. **Work **time/shift**:In site - DIDO/FIFO (drive in and drive out or fly in and fly out)**

**Desirable Qualifications**
- An accredited Engineering degree or a closely related technical degree
- Mining site experience
- Electrification experience
