- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience working in analytical roles (e.g., data scientist or business intelligence), working with measurement and attribution solutions.
- Experience articulating business questions using mathematical techniques to arrive at an answer, translating analysis results into business recommendations.
- Ability to speak and write in English and Portuguese fluently.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience leading communications with leadership, and having cross-functional communication with product teams.
- Experience in implementation and configuration of measurement solutions (e.g., conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, Analytics, Offline Data Import).
- Understanding of Google measurement capabilities across platforms including Google Ads, Analytics, Google Cloud BigQuery, and SQL to extract and manipulate data.
- Demonstrated skills using statistical tools to solve a given data analysis problem.
**About the job**:
The Measurement and Attribution team is part of the Large Customer Sales (LCS) organization. The team help promoters achieve their clients' business goals by improving clients' digital maturity and measuring their success. In this role, you will focus on helping advertisers scale their use of Google measurement and analytics solutions and actioning on the insights produced.
As a Measurement and Attribution Specialist with focus on Performance, you will help LCS and advertisers deploy the latest measurement technologies to achieve their business goals. You will utilize your understanding of Google's solutions, industry practices, digital media trends, analytical abilities, and persuasive influencing skills to convince advertisers to take the necessary actions to properly determine brand, media customer value, and channel impact. You will work collaboratively with Product Specialists, Platforms, promoters, and gTech to drive advertiser measurement maturity and use insights/learnings to improve business outcomes.
Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead go-to-market strategy and activation for Performance Measurement solutions in Brazil, collaborating with promoters and tech internal teams.
- Work closely with Brazilian Measurement and Attribution community to stay updated and contribute to community knowledge.
- Partner with Analytical Leads from the sales team to consult advertisers and agency partners on how Google measurement products can effectively address their performance objectives.
- Be the a thought leader to move clients to better translate business goals into optimal key performance indicators (KPIs) and conversion settings through clear guidance and supporting collaterals. Orchestrate approaches and consolidate best practices that enable propensity and predictive modeling for conversion purposes.
- Partner with product teams and global peers to provide market-to-product feedback, activations, develop business cases for feature requests, and influence product prioritization. Analyze Google data, account data, and third-party data to identify opportunities.
