The business provides specialty lending including Loans, Cash Management, Trade, Foreign Exchange and Interest Rate Derivatives products and Wealth Management Services. Cit's digital banking platforms, support a full range of transactions and reporting capabilities and information sharing.

**The Role**

The Brazil / Latam Marketing resource will be responsible for delivering an impactful marketing & communication strategy as part of our CCB growth strategy, while working closely to coverage team and key stakeholders to amplify the awareness of CCB franchise and enhance relationship with clients.

The individual will report to the Global Marketing Head for CCB with matrix reporting to the CCB Business Manager in Brazil.

**Key Responsibilities include**
- Define and lead the go-to-market / engagement strategy for Citi Commercial Bank commercialization in Latam: Brazil, Argentina and Mexico
- Coordinate and execute a marketing plan for the segment, including communication (internal & external), advertising and client events in response to business priorities
- Lead packaging, positioning and campaigns (online & offline) to increase awareness and usage of Commercial Bank solutions
- Focusing on creating assets such as articles, case studies, videos, podcasts
- Monitor KPIs and measure success for each one of the key projects
- Partner with sales teams to enable sales origination and grow client relationships

**Key Skills include**
- Having a passion for marketing, communication and innovation and being adaptable, bold, curious, collaborative, determined and empathetic
- Outstanding written, verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate and lead initiatives effectively across diverse groups, functions and organizational levels
- Creative problem solver comfortable working in rapidly evolving landscape and projects with a high level of uncertainty
- Thinks strategically, but stays on top of tactical execution and ensures quality results
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Self-starter with the ability to define goals and strategies with mínimal management oversight
- Understanding of how to deliver effective digital marketing including the use of relevant social media channels
- Portuguese native speaker, with strong verbal and written English skills. Spanish is a plus.

**Qualifications and experience**
- Bachelor’s Degree, MBA preferred
- 5-10 years of experience in Marketing
- Experience driving digital marketing strategy across various channels
- Experience in writing client communications and awards submissions
