This is a senior role reporting directly to our Director of Financial Controller and working together in making a significant impact on our financial operations.

Job Description
Your Influential Mission: You Will*

- Oversee and manage all financial operations in Brazil, ensuring compliance with local and international financial regulations.
- Prepare and present accurate financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to senior management and global stakeholders.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.
- Lead and mentor a team of financial professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
- Coordinate with international teams to maintain consistent financial practices and reporting standards across all regions.
- Manage tax planning and compliance, working with external advisors to optimize tax strategies.
- Ensure robust internal controls and risk management processes are in place and adhered to. Qualifications Components for Success: You*

- Hold a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a CPA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Have at least 7-10 years of experience in a senior financial role, preferably within a multinational company.
- Possess strong knowledge of Brazilian financial regulations and international accounting standards (IFRS/US GAAP).
- Demonstrate excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Are proficient in financial software and ERP systems.
- Have exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
