**BAT **BRAZIL **IS LOOKING FOR A** PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST- LATAM SOUTH

**SENIORITY LEVEL**:Non-management.

**FUNCTION**: Operations.

**LOCATION**:This position would be located Brazil (São Paulo), Argentina (Buenos Aires
- Pilar) or Chile (Casablanca) - Hybrid.

**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

This role is part of Exec & Corp Services - Indirect Procurement.

The role is responsible for Sourcing plan management.

**Reports to**:Sourcing Manager.

**Reporting Level**:Non-management.

**Geographic Scope**:Latam South.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Responsible for the execution of sourcing strategies.
- Building robust negotiations strategies.
- Monitoring and management of KPI´s.
- Ensuring effective communication between the customer area and supplier and building strong internal and external business relationships to ensure the delivery of the agreements.
- Conducting commercial negotiations and renegotiations of recurring contracts.
- Generate reports and information for analysis, planning and management actions related to Sourcing Procurement.
- Support customer areas in the matters of supplier compliance and governance.
- Market analysis to search for innovations and suggestions for improvements.
- Attendance to spot/contingency demands.

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Min. 2-3 years’ relevant work experience in Procurement.
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
- Strategic knowledge of Sourcing Procurement and Project Management.
- Advanced English.
- Intermediate Spanish and/or Portuguese is desirable.
- Availability to work in a hybrid model in Brazil (São Paulo), Argentina (Buenos Aires-Pilar) or Chile (Casablanca) with a regular work visa.
